Doula support may look very different to different couples. While some mothers are hoping for a low intervention birth and hope doula care can help them achieve a less interventional birth experience, other mothers are hoping for support to understand and navigate the hospital birth experience. Doulas provide support and guidance for all expecting parents regardless of the birth plan or the windy road that pregnancy and birth may take.
